Li consiglio per chi, come me, ne fa un uso casalingo e non vuole affilarli ogni volta, tagliano molto bene, tengono l'affilatura e non arrugginiscono, al contrario di famosi coltelli giapponesi che, se inutilizzati per un po' di tempo, presentano macchie di ruggine.; forse van bene per usi professionali, ma necessitano di continua manutenzione, io preferisco questi.

vlijmscherpe kwaliteit
Complete set aan WÜSTHOF Classic messen in de keuken. Deze messen zijn vlijmscherp wat je ook mag verwachten van dit kwaliteitsmerk. Blijft ook lang scherp en maakt de mis en place een waar genot en bent snel klaar. Pas op met schoonmaken je hebt zo een snee te pakken. Ik leg het mes altijd plat neer om dan met een borstel schoon te maken omdat je anders geen haren meer op de borstel hebt.
