How does this spin? I finally got tape for this, and it just stay in one spot.. (3/4” x1000)

Mine will not spin either. Too tight. Really unusable. 3/4 in tape by 1000. useless.

replacementDoes anyone know where to get replacement tape cutter blades? Mine is rusty and dull. I'd hate to have to replace the whole unit.

Don't think you can buy any but I once was able to retrofit a small piece of a small saw blade. The cutter on a waxed paper carton might work. Good luck.

What is The difference between c38 & c60??

They are similar but C60 is two-tone and C38 is made out of recycled plastic. Please also see dimensions one is smaller than the other. C60 dimensions 2.31 x 3.06 x 6.37 inches and C38 2.7 x 6.5 x 2.7 inches. Hope this information helps.
