These hold a lot more than you think! Unfortunately, I have to take about 10 pills every day, and this pill organizer works well with such a large quantity. I've bought 2 of the blue/purple because I use blue for AM and purple for PM, and with 2, I have enough for a month. Each "week" comes out of the clear case, which is nice for traveling. They fit snugly in the case while still being easy to remove. The lids for each day close tightly and open easily, so sore fingers should be able to manage well. Each lid has a lip on the inside, so I don't think anything like dust/crumbs/bugs would ever be able to get in. I would assume they're fairly waterproof as well with how well aligned the lid and body are when closed. You will have to remove them from the case to open the daily lids, but it's so easy and smooth, it isn't bothersome. For the size and quality, the price is great, especially for a month's worth (or 2 weeks' worth if you go the AM/PM route like me). I highly recommened!!

These are the best pillow cases I’ve ever bought. The design is perfect to hold all my meds and vitamins for the day. I have six of long larger pills and then six vitamins for a total of 12. Most other cases I’ve had don’t fit them well and sometimes they break inside the case because it’s too tight but not with this one! The case is easy to open and easy to use and I love the color black. Plus there’s four separate cases for each week so when I travel, I can take as many as I need. I use this for an elderly person who I DON’T want to fill her pills up by herself. So a 4 week container is great. I bought 2, one for the AM and one for the PM. So far the system is working fine and she can open them without much trouble. Love the large individual containers. Very sturdy.

I love having all of daily meds and vitamins organized and prepared for the month. The compartments are large, easy to open, secure, and travel well.

I’ve had many before that don’t have the shield that covers the case. This shield works beautifully, if you happen to drop the organizer, you won’t have to pick up scattered pills off the floor. The container is heavy and well made. How nice that if you are traveling you can just take out a row. Very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent quality, good size, convenient for month. personally, I don’t like the dark colors because it’s harder to see the pills and get the accurate color of the pill. I’m returning it but it may not be an issue for others.

Each compartment is roomy! I can now fit many more vitamins of different sizes than the other one I had. I measured before I purchased... Each 'week' is removable which is super convenient for trips. Trays and container close securely. Nice colors.

I like the fact that it came with a four week supply and it holds a lot of pills. I like the fact that it’s for a four weeks supply. Well built and it comes with a great case to put the pills in so I don’t have to keep refilling every two weeks.

Excellent pilulier de grande taille j’avais besoin d’augmenter le volume pour des compléments alimentaires, c’est probablement du made in China et de ce fait ils se sont gourés dans l’affichage des jours ça m’a fait assez rire, mais blague à part il faut totalement le job je m’en sers maintenant depuis pas mal de mois et ça a été un excellent achat, bref je recommande.
