Great US quality and works perfect to adapt a LIMO plug Bose headset for use in a standard 2 plug aviation intercom. Half the price of the one listed in AC Spruce.

Only wired for mono
Looks fine, but out of 6 pins in the connector, only 4 are wired to jacks: mic+, mic-, GND and left headphone. Why? Update: Checked, it works fine with headphones that have a mono/stereo switch, so bumping the rating a bit. Still not 4/5 because leaving some connectors dead seems like cost cutting for no good reason.
