Plenty of gel. Fits comfortably. Eye holes are placed well and large enough for my face. Stays cold for a long period of time. Like others have written, it loses it's coldness quite quickly. For about 20 minutes (which is the time they specify you should keep it in the freeze for) it gives you a solid 5 minutes of great, genuinely cold cooling sensation and then maybe another 10 minutes of just being a bit cooler before the heat of my face returns it to a normal temperature. It's comfortable to wear with a slim strap. It does however include a warning to not leave it in the freezer, which was a little disappointing because my ideal mask would be one that I just leave in the freezer and pull out whenever I need it; this mask is more of a 'put it in the freezer when you need it and wait 20 minutes' type product.
