**Q: How many shims per package?**
A: 15         Fifteen

**Q: do these go on the jamb hinge side of the door hinge or the side between the hinge and door? do you take the hinge off the door or the inside jamb?**
A: Hinge and jamb.  If you have the right size you do not take hinge off. Just loosen and put in jamb side. Worked great.

**Q: Do the shims help align doors so air gaps go away?**
A: It worked for me. I used three shims at each hinge to move my door over to fill in the gap.  However, if your door is twisted or warped it will not help you much.

**Q: The two center door jam screws are offset, but the shim holes don't appear line up. Is that an issue? I have 4" hinge with 4 screws**
A: I also used these on a 4" hinge with 4 screws and the holes lined up. Have you tried reversing the shim?
