Works great!
This item has opened up a whole new level of hobbying for me. I covert/paint a lot of plastic miniatures and the ability to saw pieces apart instead of clipping them with clippers is a game changer. The cuts are precise and I have not damaged any parts during the process. It has improved my ability to make conversions of my miniatures. The blades are a little flimsy so I would recommended starting your cuts with caution but once the cutting starts the blades hold up well. Highly recommend!

Nice and Sharp But Fairly Flexible Saw Blades
I purchased this product (MANWAH) for building a model boat (1/32 scale) for which it worked great. The blades are nicely sharp and the variety of blades allows for sawing different widths and thicknesses of the wood. The ergonomics of the handle are very good. One needs to tighten the brass knob with a pair of pliers however. If you only hand tighten it, the blade will come loose while sawing. My other comment is that the blades are quite thin (can be a good thing) but very flexible. One cannot saw too fast or with too much pressure on them else they will bend or break. As for using it to prune tree branches or limbs, I'd suggest your trees be 1/24 scale or smaller too!

Great for small wood projects
Brought these to help work on my wood projects. It is very easy to use and the design is sufficient. The sturdiness is questionable and ergonomically they are fine. They are very versatile and the sharpness is fair. However, they are not sturdy enough for my tats

Blades are to thin and there is no support for the blade to be properly used .
Well just got this new saw kit to replace my big saw that you see in one of the pictures . When I found this I was so excited that I found a small saw for my precise cuts . Well turns out it was a money grab for who ever made this . I just opened this and have only been using it for 2 minutes .and you can see the blade has bent in seconds . The handle I thought would be great but for some reason I could not get the blade to stay in . So I go to the instructions on the back of the package because that is all there is for this . I followed the pictures because most of it is just in Chinese language. And the blade just falls out after I screwed it on and tried several times . So I try the other line (the way it is not supposed to go) and with a lot of patience I was able to get the blade in and it is not supported kon either side so you really have to reef on it to get it stiff enough to not move . Ok now that the blade is functional . I tried to use it to cut down the grain making it an easy test to see how it works . Unfortunately I was let down again . The blade started to cut but the it is so thin and flimsy that the blade instantly starts to bend and I can't even cut anything with it . You really have to work hard on keeping the blade straight so you can cut with it . I paid about 10 dollars for this and I am feeling very foolish to have been had . This tool is affective I am guessing with very very small and soft wood pieces of wood . I really don't even think it's safe to cut paper . It is sharp enough but it will not stay straight unless you are concentrating and put little to no pressure on it . The blades are flimsy and will bend even when you are barely using it. Very bummed folks . If you mind a challenge to prove me wrong then please show me. I am an artist who relies on my tools and this one let me down .

Hand saw, poor hold on blades
So i compared the price on this, and choose this one due to the different blades it came with. I needed to cut 3d prints that had poor parts on them with new printed better quality parts. The tool was simple to figure out and use. However, when used the blade slips out. It seems it does not lock well. This happened multiple times. I am now looking for a better tool. I was hoping with the lock it would function better than an exacto knife, however it does not.

Small Saws
I will use them in my ship building project. Good size to saw out some undersize windows, detail work etc.

Worked well for me.
I used to help clean the fret slots when I re-fretted my Martin HD28. Worked for me.

Very weak blades made with subpar materials
I'd say that this is definitely a 'get what you pay for' situation, except I know there are better quality hobby saw blades for about the same price. These blades are made from fairly cheap metal, and do not seem to be hardened at all. They do not cut especially quickly, and about 6 small (<6mm diameter) cuts on fairly soft plastic, one of the hooked blades gave out, and folded in on itself. The metal being this soft would definitely explain why the saws are so difficult to make a quick cut with; even on softer plastic the teeth are likely blunting quickly. The handle is also quite difficult to open and close the receiver on, being quite stiff and likely to get the collar stuck in the upward position, instead of falling down to release the grip. Look elsewhere if you want to save yourself some frustration, and find some hardened blades.

Me imagine otra calidad

Blades are too thin for my licking. Even on very small items, blades have a tendency to bend even when minimum force is applied. Will not purchase again.
