Very sturdy and roadie-proof. *by S***T on September 20, 2021* I'm adding this as part of my stage rig to hold a laptop and Maschine controller. It is very heavy duty, do not drop this on your foot. It only sits on the stand so don't try to move the stand by grabbing the tray. But since it is so heavy it stays in place very well. I have one item of note, the top is just metal, a handful of pads came with it, but it really needs full padded coverage.
