Keep in mind you're working with only two eggs. **Q: Just recvd this so havent used.but have cooked eggs in micro before which I usually cover and cook in short spurts.the instructions dont say to cover/** A: It's been awhile since I used mine but I seam to remember / Fill each side about 1/2 way and put it in microwave. When it starts to cook and is about 1/2 (not all the way) done add ham, ect. on 1 side and close the lid so it's an omelet / cook the rest of the way & it's done. It might take 1 or 2 try's to get it the way you want it but you must watch so as not to over cook it.
