They definitely are not heavy. They are so lightweight that I lost one the very first time I wore them. They’re definitely not defective. It’s just the way they’re manufactured. There’s no spring that applies pressure to the ear which makes them comfortable to wear however, they do have a tendency to fall off the ear. I like wearing them. They are a good size and look nice but I’d estimate that 50 percent of the time one will fall off sometime during the day.
