The book itself is a good quality but the contest doesn't move me or impact me that much

Haven't we all at some stage considered ourselves to be surrounded by Bad Bosses and or lazy co-workers?! This was an interesting read after reading Erickson's book Surrounded by idiots...I was already familiar with the colour code method of assessing personality types and how to get the most from each of these different people be it a better working relationship with colleagues and or bosses. This was such an interesting read and gives easy to understand advice on how to maximise your interactions with people from both your own end of the personality spectrum and from the opposing ends of it. It also helps to explain how/why for example a predominantly red boss may find a green employee a bit frustrating to work with. ..." Erikson's advice was helpful in identifying what kind of employees and bosses there are based off of a color scheme (red, yellow, blue, and green) the information is provided in enough detail to generally identify who is who. and how to interact with them.
