Deodorant - Mint Rosemary, 2.5 Ounce (Pack of 4)

Been the same product for years and it's just the perfect scent and easy on the skin. Love it.

Best deodorant I have ever used. Period. I originally found it in a small health food store in Utah (when I ran out of my Tom's deodorant on vacation). I was worried when it ran out because i wasn't sure I could find it again, but leave it to Amazon to have everything AWESOME in this world! It smells amazing and keeps me feeling fresh and clean all day. Plus, I feel safe using it since it is so natural.

To preface, I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin. Most deodorants, even natural, hypo-allergenic or sensitive skin ones, cause my skin to crack or develop terrible eczema. Therefore, when I say that this is one of only two deodorants that works on my sensitive skin, that's pretty significant. (The other, by the way, is the unscented version of the same deodorant). Obviously, if you have a sensitivity to rosemary, mint, or lichen, this might give you problems, but I've gotten several of my friends with equally-sensitive skin to try it out, and none of them have had issues so far. The smell and feel of the deodorant is very pleasant. It's a typical white stick-type deodorant, but it feels more like a light paste than a solid when applied. It does not feel greasy or heavy. The scent is simply that of rosemary and mint oils. In terms of effectiveness, I've worn it for all day dance competitions, and while it does NOT prevent perspiration, it kept me smelling fresh. If you buy the four pack, though, do be careful not to leave it in a hot car. As I discovered, the rosemary and mint oils will partially separate from the solid if you do. The deodorant will still work this way, but it won't stay on as long.

I ordered this deodorant in Mint Rosemary scent, it didn't smell too good, but I decided to give it a shot, since it's a natural product, and it's all that matters. After I used it 2 or 3 times, my skin started getting itchy, I thought the reason in my razor that gives me irritation, and bought a new one. One week later I got such a terrible rash, that I had to stop using this product and I had to enjoy my natural odor for the whole week till my skin went back to normal. That's my personal experience. This deodorant didn't work for me at all.

This stuff works great! I'd give it 5 stars, but it wasn't sealed in anything -- no clue if it has been used before, plus it was delivered in summertime and package left in sun -- melted in box and got all over my hands and other things. That is the only suggestion I'd make for improving this product. The scent isn't overpowering, it doesn't smell like all that other 'teenage' deodorant, baby powder, or fake lavender scents out there, and works better thank most department store deodorants. Highly recommended; just don't order it in the heat of the summer.

I've never really thought to review a deodorant. I guess that really doesn't make much sense, but I haven't thought about the topic long enough to make sense of it. I've been using some kind of hippy nonsense deodorant for about 20 years so far. And, during that time, I've found that I've had to switch products after a year or two due to the diminishing returns that seemed best explained by some sort of habituation model. Either way, I expected to have the same success—and limited lifespan—with this product when I began using it many years ago. (I'm afraid of overestimating, but it seems to lie in the decade+ realm.) And, it has rarely let me down. I'm sure traditional AP products will outperform this one. Keep in mind that I don't claim to have any insight on its antiperspirant properties, since that seems a bit unnecessary to me, though I probably sweat less than I used to as an addled teen/young adult. But, if you feel you've become immune to your natural alternative as I had repeatedly mine, you might find some assurance here.

I have been searching for a natural deodorant for my 10-year old daughter to wear for sports. I've tried other products but none could sustain. Earth Science's deodorants are both natural and sustaining! They go on smooth without leaving an overly wet feeling under your arms all day. It doesn't keep my as dry as the store-brand aluminum varieties, but it is the best I've found and really works. My daughter likes the lichen perfume scent and I love this mint rosemary. I definitely recommend this if you're trying to stay away from aluminum and still want a nice scented deodorant that works well.

This is the only natural deodorant I have found that keeps me fresh all day. Their other scents work great too but this is my favorite scent. It will leave white marks on your clothes like other deodorants but if you are concerned about the ingredients in regular deodorants this is the way to go.

Second time buying this brand and they do not disappoint. The smell is devine and the most important thing is that it protects you from odours all day long. Will buy again.

Next up on my deodorant hit list was from "Earth Science", good name, good start. Pros: 1) Initial scent - nice, fresh smell, like stepping out of a shower 2) Effectiveness - Holds up well, better than the the high street brands. BUT it's not perfect a slightly sweaty smell is there by the end of the day but only when you seek to sniff it out and that is good enough for me. 3) Easy to apply - if you have trouble hold it against your arm to let it warm up 4) No aluminum based ingredients! Some have been linked to breast cancer so I prefer to avoid them 5) No animal testing 6) Lichen extract (because lichens are really awesome) Cons) 1) Not the most effective of the 6 I've tried (see 2 & 3 - Clean Deodorant Balm Lemon + Geranium and Earth Conscious, mint) 2) Natural? Mostly. Contains a few nasties like cyclotetrasiloxane and talc, I try to avoid talc in general but as this isn't in a powder form I let it slide! Of the six deodorants I've tried this is my third favourite. Here's my brief deodorant back story... I'm not looking for an antiperspirant, I commute sweating is going to happen, I just don't want to smell at the end of the day... Or the beginning for that matter which is sadly what had been happening since the usual deodorant BETRAYED me. The standard dove, sure, mitchum etc. don't cut it and I will smell (bad) within half an hour of putting it on if that. So I decided something needed to change. It got to the point where I was considering underarm botox to stop sweating, as a last resort. Beforehand But I like to use natural products where possible so decided to test six natural(ish, in some cases) deodorants to varying degrees of success. So I'm taking it upon myself to try the following six deodorants 1) Toms of Maine Long Lasting Natural Deodorant Aluminum Free - Honeysuckle Rose 2) Clean Deodorant Balm Lemon + Geranium 3) Earth Conscious 100% Natural Organic Cream Deodorant (Mint - Strong Protection) 4) Optima Australian Tea Tree Deodorant with Aloe Vera 5) Earth Science Rosemary Mint Deodorant 6) Tisserand Tea Tree+ Deodorant As a side note I have paid for and chosen these products myself and do not have any links with the companies.

smells great and the smell lasts all day

I have already bought the Rosemary version of this deodorant! again this an all natural product so there are no chemicals that might cause discomfort or damage to your skin. good quality and would recommend.
