What is the difference between brilliant blonde and light and blonde? i ordered the former but received the latter and want to know whether to return.

I think it gives a little shine..as a posed to duller look...I have natural really light blonde...so this works better for me ...hope this helps!

Would this be too light for highlighted hair?I have brown hair as base and highlights, I'm not sure if I should go with this one or the brown version.

My hair sounds about like yours. At first I was not crazy about this product. If you do not shake well and spray from a distance it's difficult to get the yellow out. But after finally getting the hang of it I really liked the product a lot. It worked for me and my roots are a light brownish color. It helped to lighten my roots to match my blonde highlights.

Would this be acceptable for gray/white hair?

sure. i have some left from pre covid days when i was still highlighted blond. covid+! i let my hair grow out and it is a lovely gray. i use batiste on a need to basis. works great. does not mess up my 'who knew' beautiful grey hair!!

are there any hazardous chemicals in this spray?

I'm not an expert so I don't know what would qualify as a hazardous chemical. I haven't had any breathing issues but I know it's not safe to inhale large amounts of powder. Just close your mouth and spray in spacious area.
