I have a very wide foot (I wear a 7EE or 7 1/2 D--bought these in 7 1/2 EE); and, I have plantars fasciaitis. Not only do they fit perfectly, but there is so much cushioning in the heel that I do not feel any impact and yet they feel light on my feet. An added benefit that I found with this shoe is that it has a feeling of energy return or propulsion. I can run faster and easier in these shoes than in my previous Brooks Adrenaline! I can also wear them all day without leg fatigue or sore feet.
