Used this for a Diesel heater works well and had no problem with the tank, mind you my use does not subject the tank to much abuse, so I don’t’ expect to have much go wrong with it.

I have two of these tanks and they work flawlessly. Yes they swell a lot in the sun when not vented but that IS by design. I leave both in the boat outside in the sun regularly and just open up the vent or crack the cap open before starting the motor and you’ll have no problems
