yes it will , but this will NOT work on an AR-15 ! the pouch gets in the way of the charging handle .

what about the charger ?

It charges off any standard USB port, from a computer, and Car cigarette lighter plug with a USB connector to a standard 120V. house USB charger. Some of these batteries have a peal back cover over the connection ports to keep the dust/dirt out.
