Bastante recomendado, si juegas fútbol americano o tienes una lesión en la muñeca, esta guardia te ayudará a no tener tanta flexión, pero aún así el rango de movimiento es muy bueno, solo viene una en la compra, próximamente comprare la segunda para completar el par, 100% recomendada

My son is a diver. He recently broke his wrist needing surgery not from diving but because he was doing something else. So we decided that the wrist guard would be nice to have as a protector and a reminder to either not put weight on his wrist or just remember you broke it. Be careful with it. It seems to be very effective when used, He's a 14-year-old boy. I'm sure he's already lost it at this point. My only complaint about it was that because it got wet. It was kind of stinky so I'm sure we'll be purchasing a new one soon.

Fits really well. Protects the wrist very firmly too.

My son has played football this is his 13th year and I wish we would have gotten these for him years ago. My son is a lineman for both offenses and defense, he has been the Center for the majority of his career and this year he’s decided to play linebacker. I think it goes without saying that snapping the ball and being in a 3 point stance is hard enough on someone’s wrists the support he gets from these have made a huge difference this year. Good quality, does not limit movement and very easy to adjust
