Does the rapid fire button work as a double-click button?

Not sure, it does work as an auto clicker if held down continuously. Kids use that feature in Roblox. Makes me think it does

Is this compatible with playstations or does it need an adapter?

I used this with a pc it’s usb which PlayStations have so it should work I haven’t used this one for a playstation but I have used other usb products with playstation (mouse keyboard etc) so it should work with this
