The posters arrived before expected. They were packaged well, no damage. The posters have the option of hanging horizontally or vertically, depending on the side of the poster you choose, which worked out really well for me. The only thing that disappointed me was how difficult it was to get the poster to flatten out.

These posters are very nice quality, weight and will last probably longer than me lol. AND something REALLY awesome I didn't realize when I ordered them is they are printed horizontally on one side and vertically on the other so you can hang them either way. VERY nice! Easy to read and sure make the workout area look pro. Plus easy to follow and more exercises then I knew so my workout will be much better and efficient not having to remember or follow a video. I would definitely order them again and highly recommend them!

I do a lot of at-home resistance band training. So, I purchased these to give me direction for specific body parts. Laminated, very high quality. As an added bonus, on the reverse are additional workouts for other equipment - for example one had Suspension Band training workouts. It's almost like getting 2-for-1!
