Jabra PRO 920 Mono Wireless Headset for Deskphone

We replaced an older head set with this and very happy we did. Works like a charm and has been trouble free.

I had a Plantronics wireless headset which lasted for quite some time, but had its issues. I purchased this unit as a refurbished headset with new batteries and it works great! I use this headset every day for work and am typically on the phone for long periods of time for the duration of the day and the battery lasts the entire length of my workday (Usually 8 to 9 hours). The clarity is very good and can be adjusted to match your phone type. I use this on a VOIP Mitel phone and have had no issue at all. The noise suppression works well as they stated. The only negative that I can find about this headset is that it is a little bulky and heavy on the headset itself, but that is mainly because I use the ear hook for this instead of the over the head set. I tried it with the over the head set and the size becomes less of an issue. This overall is not much of an issue in my opinion as the headset does not fall off or move around too much at all when using the ear hook as opposed to the over the head set.

Bought for my office. Good clear sound from the headphone, and no complaints made to me by anyone about mike sound quality. Would recommend.

It is fine and do the job find a little heavy to wear it all day.
