So I ordered a "motherboard 9 pin to usb 2.0 adapter" and plugged it into a portable battery and plugged the other end into 9 pin interface. Then plug usb 2.0 plug into charging port of battery then plug usb cord from battery into usb port of pc. Then connect power pin and reset pin in motherboard as instructed in the instructions.
