I was excited about this but then it was so sweet I couldnโt handle it. I tried it simply with water and also with yogurt โฆ way to sweet for me and I know that the sweetener in this will eliminate the benefits of protein.

I had previously purchased Sports Research Creatine, so I was curious about the protein powder offerings. This protein blends well, has a generous scoop size, and a list of clean ingredients. The dutch chocolate flavor is tasty and doesn't have an artificial aftertaste to it. There are a few cons for certain individuals.CONS:-Contains milk and tree nuts-Noticeable amount of sodium.Those with allergies or on a low sodium diet should probably opt for another product. We all know that the average consumer of protein powder has multiple servings a day, so sodium intake will be moderate to high.

This is an excellent protein powder. Good flavour and mixes smoothly. It doesn't have any gelling agents, which makes it much easier to get down. Makes a fantastic milkshake, too!
