Really cool product fun to use and pretty much no setup. I got exactly what I thought I was getting. I love it!

The top wooden part isn’t perfectly sided to the base. It’s nice otherwise of that doesn’t bother you.

I received my tray and the metal rod that connects the top and bottom pieces was missing. After I contacted the seller, they immediately sent out a replacement and I'm returning the defective one. The box looks pretty cool and is made with quality materials. However, it is tiny. Way too small to truly be a valet tray/box. I'm sure I can find a use for it but I did not realize the small size.

Clean look, useful storage, use it in my office everyday.

Use for a bed side box, decent inside and the magnetic swivel is money, a bit torn on the design for the top storage maybe just have odd shaped key etc but love the product

The box is cool and sturdy, the magnets work well, but the packaging is really really poor. I ordered this from Spain, shipped from the US with barely any protection, just the mordeco box that doesn't have any cushion and a plastic bag. Obviously, the packaging is in really bad condition, and the wood is a little bit chipped on a corner. The interior also has a small dent that is very noticeable because everything is pure white. This is a small metal box that cost 60 dollars or more, I expected more quality control and a better packaging for a safe delivery. I'll return this and try to get one with better quality and without manufacturing defects Edit: I ordered a new one and the magnets are missaligned, the whole button is not cut properly. Really bad

Misaligned old, box not straight either. Emailed manufacturer, no answer. Returning. Not worth the price, much lower quality than expected for the price

Christmas present for my son. Packaging was ok. Have not opened it so cannot give 5 stars.

Bout it for my brother and he loves it

The tray lid doesn't align flush with the box. For the cost of the item, this is not an acceptable defect. Seller says the tray is handmade and variances occur. This is not an excuse because being handmade, it gives a person the opportunity to check for these alignment issues.
