Sometimes it was frustrating but he got it worked out. Then we finally go to connect it to the phone and it never works. We try everything and it just will not connect to the Bluetooth. After just a short while of trying the ball kept breaking by just being rolled without the connection and we were never able to connect it before it broke nearly completely.
