Misleading for Diabetics
This product is marketed as a stevia-based natural sweetener, but the ingredients tell a very different story. Instead of being a clean, diabetic-friendly sweetener, it contains several high-glycemic fillers that can raise blood sugar levels. What’s actually inside: Dextrose – pure glucose, spikes sugar quickly Maltodextrin – GI higher than table sugar Maltitol – raises insulin and blood glucose in many diabetics Lactose – added milk sugar Very small amount of Steviol Glycoside (real stevia) This means the product is not a true stevia sweetener. It is mostly cheap sugar-based fillers with only a tiny amount of stevia added. Why this is a problem: These fillers can spike blood sugar, even though the label says “zero calorie.” Not suitable for diabetics, prediabetics, or anyone controlling glucose. The branding is misleading, as the sweetener is sold as a “natural plant-based” product when most of the ingredients are processed sugar substitutes.

Stevia good in diet

Gives a taste pretty close to sugar. The bottle contains a small spoon and I use 1 scoop as equivalent to a spoon of sugar. If it actually doesn't give me calories like sugar, it is worth the price. Tastes way better than the normal Sugar Free Gold

The taste is not similar to sugar, and achieving a spoon sugars sweetness with one scoop(included) is not true. You have to pour in at least 2 to 3 scoops of the powder to make the tea comparable sweet to one spoon of actual sugar.
