Fjällräven Raven 20L Black One Size

This bag is great for anyone of any age and can be used as an EDC. I really like the quality of the material the bag is made of and the stitching and zippers are top notch. The material is very thick and durable. I also like the fact you can wax the bag to increase the water resistance. The inside compartments are very roomy and allow you to organize your things. It does have a separate laptop sleeve if needed with foam backing. However I don’t carry a laptop and therefore don’t appreciate the foam backing on this pack. I’d prefer there be no foam backing so the bag could lay more relaxed. It would be great if it came with an option to remove the foam or just make one without it. The bag has two side pockets That fit a water bottle. The pockets are loose and the bag would be better fitted with a mesh or stretchy material for the pockets so your items are more securely stored. Overall the bag meets my needs and my expectations.

This is a great compact backpack. I'm a petite female, 5'3" and it fits my frame comfortably. I use it for work every day. I fit my 15" mbp in the laptop sleeve and there is still plenty of room in the compartments. I usually pack a lunch and a thermos or bottle in the main compartment and I could still stuff a small sweater in there if I really wanted to. The secondary compartment has it's own zipper and could fit smaller items. It also has some pockets and a zippered mesh pocket that I keep my headphones in so I don't lose them. There's a front zip pocket that's perfect for stashing keys or badges. On either side is a small pocket meant for water bottles but there's no elastic to hold anything in place so I have only ever put a small thermos there. There's a top zip compartment with a soft interior, presumably for sunglasses. The interior has a plastic/nylon feel which is great because it's easy to wipe down. I had a crappy bottle that didn't seal well and spilled cold brew coffee in there but I was able to wipe it all off and it doesn't even smell like coffee miraculously. The exterior is treated to make it more durable and they sell wax that you can use to treat it again when the sealant inevitably wears off in time. It's not meant to be water resistant but it survives a light drizzle without getting damp inside. I wouldn't count on it for that though. The back is smooth, not ribbed, which doesn't allow much air flow but keeps it compact. The shoulder straps are padded and mesh on the inside for some air flow. I've experienced better straps but these are not uncomfortable and this is by far the best backpack I've found for carrying a laptop and other items without adding a ton of bulk.

Great EDC bag, I basically use it as a murse (man purse).I carry a lot of things with me (iPad for school, meds, first aid, wallet etc) so this bag fits the bill for EDC stuff while still looking normal. Plenty of room for electronics and their peripherals. There’s a padded slot for small laptop/tablet, and smaller pocket inside for chargers etc. Little flimsy compared to what I’m used to, but it looks great. My only issue is the bottle holders on the sides aren’t stretchy and the bottle pushes into the bag taking up some room inside of the bag. Other than those minor things. It’s a great bag overall.

Who knew the perfect commuter backpack existed. From an organization standpoint, Fjallraven nailed it. Medium/small main compartment with secret pocket and laptop pouch, small front compartment with mesh pocket for electronics and essentials, small front secret pocket, and a pocket up top for sunglasses. The dual side pockets for water bottles and umbrellas is also clutch, though these can limit space in the main compartment. That said, this is not a good option for long trips or outdoor activities, but the small frame makes it perfect for commuters on the go. I suppose that’s why they offer a 28L version as well. All in all a fantastic backpack!

Right away i picked up on two things: this backpack is compact, and this thing is nothing but the best quality. I am going to use tgis as a camera bag/ light wandering bag. I live in oregon and for my purpose, this backpack is just too good to be true. Enough space for my camera, and extra lense, a couple additional attatchments, film, a book or two, battery pack, snacks, an extra shirt or two, wallet, swiss army knife, tactical flashlight, and who knows what else as that is all ive loaded it with. Also, a water bottle on my left, and a tripod [with a makeshift tiedown, this thing doesnt have straps] to my right. You may not use this backpack for the reasons i do, i can guarantee that you will be happy with yours. I am!

Nice looking; paired with the fjallraven wax more durable and water resistant for the fabric at least on front, top, sides. But the zipper quality is poor as one zipper came off the track and then snapped in half after about 1.5 years of use. Also near seams and backing there’s discoloration and fraying. It’s an alright bag but for comparison have a Northface back from 2013 that I got 4 years+ of daily use of and also times of jamming it full of stuff...still have it and nearly like new. I tried filling this one more and could see the seams separating a little. This Fjallraven bag... I expect maybe 3 years top out of it. Worth it as I bought it for below retail but disappointed the fabric is starting to fall apart on back and bottom and at least one zipper pull has fallen off. Looks good , feels weight balanced when wearing but paying more for looks than function overall. For $60 bucks it’s not bad but I’d spend a little more and get something more durable.

I bought it for my husband who doesn’t like back packs, but needed one. The simple but good looking style is perfect as well as the fit. Comfortable straps and enough room inside for what he carries. It’s just the right size and not bulky. I would say this is for city people and I would not use for a long hiking day or more than two huge college books.

When new, this is a great commuter backpack. Super slim but fits a lot, with great, well thought out and useful compartments. However, I've now been through two of these in two years that ended the same way - with multiple zippers breaking and rendering the bag unusable after only gentle use on a commute to work. After two tries I'm done with this poor quality and will be trying a different brand. Very disappointing.

Stavo cercando uno zaino compatto da utilizzare tutti i giorni, ma nello stesso tempo volevo qualcosa che fosse anche piuttosto funzionale e solido. Questo prodotto è esattamente ciò che cercavo. Compatto, ma molto capiente. Ha due tasche laterali per bottiglie, una tasca principale con anche una fodera imbottita per contenere un laptop da 13'' e una tasca secondaria con vari scompartimenti per oggetti più piccoli. é presente inoltre una tacchina superiore dove poter mettere con comodità occhiali da sole o chiavi. Il materiale è solido e di ottima fattura. Vale assolutamente quello che costa. Consigliato.

La describían como de tres compartimientos y en realidad es de dos, mucho más pequeña que la descripción. No me gusto la calidad. Estoy enojada

フェルラーベンが好きで、小さい子どもと出かけるとき用のリュックが欲しいなと思って購入しました。 容量は少し小さめで、着替え一組とオムツ替えセットポーチ、お食事セットポーチ、レジカゴバックを入れるとだいたいいっぱいくらいの感じです。日帰りのお出かけには十分ですが、買い物に目的のお出かけならもうちょっと大きいサイズでも良いと思います。 フェルラーベンのキツネがワンポイントでかわいいのと、ポケットがたくさんあって便利です。ポケットが多くてもパッと見は分からないのが良い。 ちょっと気になるのが生地です。なんだか汚れが付きやすく落ちにくそうです。擦った跡みたいなのがたまに付いてます。普通のナイロンでも良かったんでは…
