Flimsy, not resistant at all
I wasn't looking for anything really professional, but this one is not strong at all. I can fully bend it without any effort. Returning it.

This pilates ring works great, I've used it for many different exercises and it works well for all of them. It's also so cute in the purple. It seems like a really high quality ring compared to other ones I've seen. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I haven't been using this resistance ring for long, but so far the durability is good and the functionality is as expected. The size is ok for someone like me(5ft 10), might be a bit hard to use for smaller folks but I like it so far. I'm hoping the durability holds up for a long time but if not, then I'll update the rating. Decent value for money, good purchase.
