Toyota Hitch Cover - PT228-35960HP

This Toyota hitch cover is exactly what I was looking for. It fits perfectly and installs in seconds with no tools needed. The quality is excellent, with a sturdy feel and a clean factory look that matches the truck perfectly. I really like that it keeps the hitch receiver clean and protected from dirt and rust while adding a nice finishing touch to the back of my vehicle. It fits perfect, it may be a matter of what type of hitch is in your truck, if is a 2”x2” type go for it. Easy to install, no tools needed, quality and function is great.

Was loose inside the hitch, but after running a few layers of electrical tape around the plug it fit without falling out. Hence the 4 star and not 5.

So if you look at compatibility for the Toyota 4Runner 2021 it will show that this does not work and is not compatible. Well they're wrong and there's a inconvenient error here that needs to be fixed. This is the OEM and it fits just perfect with my 2021 4Runner as you can see in the picture. Just buy it and try it I'm sure you won't be disappointed as I wasn't. Apparently this is a known deal so I don't know why it hasn't been fixed or mentioned.. I just hope it helps someone.

This little fella fits perfectly in our 2" hitch receiver, and looks exactly like the Toyota branded unit that was stolen. The product description said it was OEM, and from what we can tell by the Toyota packaging, the quality of the rubber, it is the exact same thing. If I need another one, I'll definitely buy another.

Fits the 2006 Tacoma factory hitch and is good quality.
