Missing items and damaged packaging
I recently ordered this soap mold set, and while the mold itself appears to be in good condition, I was disappointed to find that the stainless steel cutters were missing from the package. Additionally, the packaging was already opened, which raises concerns about quality control and hygiene. I had intended to use this for my soap making hobby, but due to the incomplete set and compromised packaging, I will be returning the item. I hope future orders will be better inspected before shipping.
