Review: Reliable, easy to install, flawless with HomeKit - I have multiples of these in my home, paired with Leviton smart switches (Gen 2). Those Gen 2 switches are all updated to Matter, and I use Apple HomeKit to mange them via the Home app. They work very fast, and I’ve had literally zero trouble since installing them in May of 2023. I highly recommend these as the basis of any smart home effort. I’m not kidding, Matter is F-A-S-T. I also have them controlled via my Samsung SmartThings fridge. The fridge is a secondary Matter controller, relying on my HomeKit hubs (AppleTVs, HomePods). This works flawlessly too.
