After finishing this book, I recommended it to all my friends who are planning on conceiving. I too will be using this method when the partner and I are ready to embark on this journey. I really enjoyed the graphs and pictures that Kathryn includes and find her writing style so wittingly funny. The website is also quite the gem and it points you in the direction of where you can buy the LH and HGC testing strips. Kathryn thought of everything! What I learned: capacitated sperm is important along with timing, frequency and ovulation. I highly recommend this book if you even you don't think you and your partner are ready for the responsibility of having a child.
