Hi. Can this be applied before sleeping. Will the pink tint caused the lips to be darker over time.

You can wear it to bed, but it does not make your lips darker. It wears off like any other lip balm.

Is this lipstick vegan?

I just looked it up, and could not get a definitive answer. They test on animals only in countries that require it by law, like China. But, the company says they are cruelty free??? Elsewhere, they say some products are vegan. I would think they would put it on the packaging. So in my opinion,no they are not vegan. I hope this helps.
