These books claim to be natural but they promote the MIC's vitamin industry. When health books are missing information on diatomaceous earth , bentonite clay and zeolite. I become very suspicious they are not really promoting health. Diatomaceous earth is a total cure for intestinal worms And its impossible to find it quoted in any of these health tombs past or present. Its almost as if ..... Yet these minerals are used extensively in animal husbandry...

My Naturopathic Doctor recommended this book to me. I think basically so I didn't batter his with questions when I had an appointment. I love this book. I gives you different natural choices for your health issues without the side effects of pharmaceuticals. I highly recommend and so does the book that you speak with your health provider before starting the recommendations. I will definitely but any further editions of this book as things in the health industry changes and so does the recommended choices.

I came across a previous book from the author when I visited a health store in Toronto some 20+ years ago . The elderly couple running the shop showed me their very worn out copy while telling that this is the book they always use. I bought it and used my copy for many years too .3 years ago I came across this book and have found much useful advice that I put to good use. For each health issue there is a multitude of recommendations presented in an easily accessible manner. The reader is presented with both 7 top recommendations as well as other approaches to try if you please. The writing style is both clear and engaging. Highly recommended.
