Will this paper fit in a small 3-ring binder for 8.5 x 5.5 paper? I am currently using 3-hole punch paper. Having problems finding more.

No. They don't I tried. You can find it @ your local Mardel's or Office Depot or Office max. They run from $5.50-$8.50 plus tax. You can also check here on Amazon for 8.5x5.5 notebook paper

Will this work in a printer? (Not too thick or jam-prone?)

Yes, one page at a time. But, sometimes it jams if I turn the pages over to print on the other side. It doesn't do it all of the time. I have a 200.00 HP printer. It's great paper though. It's not as thick as you might think.

Will papers fit in a mr. pen 6 hole planner binder? thank you

I'm not familiar with a mr. pen planner/binder but I just measured the space between the 2 sets of 3 holes. From binder to binder ring = 2 3/4" & the first hole at the top is 1 1/4" from the top of the paper. I hope these two measurements help. I know when I bought paper that eventually didn't fit an old binder, the issue was the distance between the top of the paper & the first hole/binder ring. Good luck.
