Sweet and they work.
I've been a fan of BHI's products for a few years now. Periodically, I have a difficult time getting to sleep, but when I use two of these an hour or so before bedtime, I feel that I'm able to wind down and fall sleep much easier. I like the fact that you just let them melt in your mouth and they have a nice sweet taste to them.

Can’t sleep??....trust Calm to help you relax and drift off.
I have come to find this natural sleep aide to be the easiest to use to not have that groggy feeling the next morning. Typically I can melt 2 under my tongue before bed and I fall asleep naturally.

Excellent for helping me to fall asleep. I take 4 pills out, and one by one, crunch each into tiny little chunks off the tablet (like taking drops of a remedy sequentially) and as long as I don't look at the phone again, I'll fall right off to sleep. No side effects, no sleepy upon waking, nothing.
