I am still working on my first bottle, but already I believe it is helping to reduce my bloating and distended abs. I work out regularly and I knew something else was going on because I couldn't get rid of that hard, distended ab feeling and also my energy would be down for no logical reason. My theory is that a bout I had with a really nasty flu destroyed my gut bacteria situation. In any case, I am not looking for a quick fix but rather addressing this aspect of health, which I was ignoring, and this product seems to be doing exactly as advertised. I am giving this 5 stars because the product and company are very thorough and professional.

Whilst I cannot say definitively that the improvements I feel to my system are all down to these easy-to-swallow capsules, I feel less bloated since taking them and do not have any stomach pains. On a recent trip to India during which I took the capsules, I was the last of my family to succumb to the (almost inevitable!) stomach issues most tourists suffer from at some point when not used to the change in diet - not until the last day, which was impressive we thought and quite possibly because of the helpful bacteria contained in the tabs. Will certainly keep taking them for now!

I came a long way with these probiotics. I wasn't even sure I was going to continue taking them but I'm into my 5th week. The first day I took these, I had HORRIBLE cramping in my lower abdomen. It was like having one of the worst bladder infections of my life. I had pain that alternated between my lower abdomen and back, my legs felt cramped and sore and my toes were swollen. I could barely walk and sitting for hours at my desk was PAINFUL. In the 2nd week I couldn't take the pain anymore and started feeding on my period pain pills. That was the ONLY thing that stopped me from giving up on these probiotics. I read that someone had a similar effect from another product with a high count and they we're saying you had to start off with a low count and then work your way up. Taking so many pain pills to ease the symptoms of course is not healthy for my liver but this product was too expensive to quit on and every other probiotic I looked up had side effects no matter their count. THEN there were the bouts of TERRIBLE acid reflux, watching my stomach bloat, horrible indigestion and constipation that I had to deal with. I treated the acid reflux and bloating with some baking soda in warm water (not everyday, only when the symptoms we're unbearable). That really helped. The indigestion was eased by Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme system. This really helped to break down the food in my stomach. Before trying both together, the food was literally on the top of my stomach. I was burping solid food in my throat sometimes. So this is my 5th week. I'm in awe I made it this far but overall it's not a bad product. The pain lasted about 2 1/2wks. I still have occasional constipation. Everything isn't free flowing yet. I'm trying to drink more water to see if that helps. My inflammation symptoms are not so bad either and burning I felt from my scalp eczema doesn't occur so often anymore. Acid reflux is to a minimum. I can feel my stomach doing a better job of digesting food. Im not fully healed but I'm slowly going uphill. Its also really helpful with digestive enzymes. I was thinking of trying another probiotic due to the price but the idea of going through all those side effects gives me the HORRORS literally. I'll stick to this one for awhile.

I've taken pro-biotics from different manufacturers and of different strengths for many years. I've always been happy (or thought so) with the products I'd been using. It was not until a doctor told me that I needed to be taking a pre-biotic with my pro-biotics to get the best results that I began looking around for a new product. After searching I found Intelligent Labs and their product. I have given it a month to make any difference. Frankly I was a bit skeptical because I was already in "good" shape. Well it didn't take long - maybe 3 days for me to really feel a difference. Any extra bloating (even slight) was gone. Bowel production was greatly improved and I just began to feel far better in the gut even with my history of IBS. Bottom line is that these are really worth the money. At least they are for me and I was able to contact the company to ask questions and received replies quickly. Excellent customer service. I also like the fact that they don't have to be refrigerated which means ease in traveling. I will definitely be sticking with these.

Well I bought these probiotics with another brand quite some time ago. After completing a 2 months (1 bottle - 60 pills - once a day) I started taking the other brand that was originally purchased for my daughter but were too big for her to swallow. I haven't even finished the other brand as I couldn't take it anymore. I needed these!! I have IBS and colitis and anyone who knows anything about that knows the true struggle. As a female once a month my stomach will be especially messed up (ladies I'm sure you know what I am talking about). These have made all of that go away. No more serious monthly issues or random out of the blue issues for me. I did a lot of research on good probiotics and though I don't understand all the "medical jargon" ( for lack of a better word) I do know these have done the trick and I couldn't wait to get another bottle as I have been a mess since I last took these (no pun intended😜). Not only that but there is definitely a noticeable change in my energy levels - as in I have more of it. This is now and forever will be my go to probiotics - no more switching it up or trying another. So thrilled to find something the truly helps my "broken" digestive system.

I searched for an effective probiotic, after many months of taking a large National Supplement Chain's labeled brand...I didn't feel as if I was reaping the benefits and results I had hoped for... it seemed I was still experiencing bloating, contstipation and irregularity...(I practice eating a very clean diet daily) I looked on Amazon and searched brands and checked reviews. Decided to try Intelligent Labs Probiotic..I was contacted by company after placing order..never has happened to me after placing an online order for anything!..after a couple of weeks taking this probiotic, I seem to have had positive results, although it has taken a bit of time for my body to adjust to the increase in CFUs..I also received a follow up email from this family owned business, making sure I received peoduct and double checking with me in the event I had questions or concerns....again has NEVER happened after an online purchase! I would recommend Intelligent Labs for all supplement needs..
