How is this for trimming my boys downsatirs or is it gonna look like a homicide afterwards?

It’s the perfect device. It won’t leave any cuts ever, so it is perfectly safe. It won’t shave like a razor. For me, it shaves my face as though I had shaved yesterday. Other parts of the body, I’m looking for a trim not razor smooth so works great.

Iis the same blade use for face and body or there are two different types of blade?

It’s the same blade for both, the only thing that would be different is if you choose a different guard length.
