    Excellent techniques, but simple

All four of these (depression, anger, stress, anxiety) are excellent - simple but powerful techniques that are easy to put in practice. If you've never done any form of aware breathing, including mindfulness or meditation etc. it might seem a bit odd. But continue with this (and the others) and you will find it an excellent form of self-therapy.

An excellent book.  The methods described do work, but it does take some practice.  I would recommend reading this to anyone suffering stress or stress induced anger.

It is simple, well written with appropriate case histories and explanations. Like any other self-help book, you have to practice what you learn from it to get the best out of it. Discipline is the key.
