Did the job!
A plus side of this product is that the blender jar is made of glass and not plastic like other blender which is a major plus. The product works extremely well, powerful enough and looks great.

The machine got burned
I had a terrible experience with this blender. The coupling, which is made entirely of plastic, melted during use. This caused the machine to overheat, release smoke, and nearly damage my kitchen! It’s a serious fire hazard. To make matters worse, I reached out to the supplier for a warranty claim, and they have completely ignored my messages. The lack of customer support is incredibly frustrating. Don’t risk buying this blender—it’s unsafe and the company is unresponsive.

Reasonable item
Not many brands will make blenders with a Glass goblet. Philips is one of the few. This is my 2nd blender from them and the last one lasted for 8 years and was still working when I made it retired. In this newer generation, they have simplified the assembly of all the washable parts. However, the silicone 'ring' that sits at the bottom of the goblet was extremely difficult to remove. The only thing I am not happy is this as I am afriad I will break it soon when I try to remove it!
