Third time lucky hopefully as the previous two reviews i submitted were rejected??? Excellent product. Lifelong anaemia where i can't tolerate iron supplement pills and liquids, now under control. 6 months on this has meant the threat of a transfusion is no longer there and blood iron levels within range for the first time i can remember....

Good, but the spray pump doesn't last long ...
Good, but the spray pump doesn't last long ... at least that was the case in the past. Hopefully, this new one i got will be better. The company know about the issue. I wish they would provide larger volumes in these spray bottles, tho! It's still a nice convenient way to administer a dose of this kind of vitamin, and it absorbs better that way, too.

BetterYou are a good brand. Have been using this iron spray for a while alongside eating healthy/diet. I prefer sprays or similar, as all the vitamin tablets/capsules, especially iron upset my tummy. Handy for travel and light, they do not take up much room. Would recommend :-)

Tastes likes blood
After years of taking iron medicine as a child, I should have known there is no way to disguise the taste of it, but I thought I'd give this spray a go as the B12 one is good. This tastes vile. Morning two I thought I'd try just the one spray of it.... no, still vile. It actually tastes like blood. If you want to be reminded every morning of a bad trip to the dentist, this is for you.

Me gusta mucho el formato en spray porque facilita el tomarme la suplementación, ya que cuando me tengo que tomar pastillas me cuesta más hacerlo cada día. Es un bote pequeño y práctico que además me puedo llevar.

Esta muy bien, lo que pasa es que al llegar a la mitad o asi del bote el mecanismo de esprai ya no funciona bien y cuesta mucho hacer que salga el liquido.
