I cannot get a replacement through Amazon. I cannot register with Zagg as I cannot find the product on their website. Decided to buy a replacement and Amazon sent me one with backplate that had the round not square hole for the camera (used the buy again link) so exactly the same product number. Got a refund so trying for a third time. It is still a great idea and works well. I like the keyboard and it’s easy to use once you learn how to link it to the iPad. It’s cheap and if the new one is the wrong case again I will just buy a protective case and use the keyboard on its own.Original post MarchI have just received this keyboard for my IPad Pro. When it arrived I was extremely surprised at the weight of the package and very impressed with the way it was packaged. For the price I paid I was actually expecting it in a clear plastic bag, possibly encased in a flimsy cardboard wrapper. To my surprise it was beautiful packed in box with magnetic hinge that you would expect from a much more expensive product. I must admit it took a few attempts to fit my iPad into its cover, now it fits perfectly and everythis is of vey high quality especially the built in stand, making the iPad angle easily adjusted. I do have hand issues so it was nice of them to have a sight indent on the centre of the stand so it is easier to access when it has been folded flat.The keyboard was difficult to pair the my iPad, this was my fault. Even though I read the instruction leaflet numerous times I just could not get the keyboard to link to Bluetooth. My mistake was thinking that I should hold the on button, when I needed to press one of the two buttons with the Bluetooth symbol. Then the keyboard linked instantly.I am using the keyboard to write this review. The keyboard itself has a nice feel, the keys are smooth to use. I have not detected too much of a lag between pressing a key and it appearing onto the screen. Considering I used to be a very fast touch typist this is a great plus. I have not found the pound sign key yet, but hopefully it’s hidden on one of the shortcuts, but if it create a document that needs this I will just need to adjust it manually on my iPad not a big problem. The only issue that I have is the weight. This keyboard is heavy and did not come with a charging cable, the keyboard arrived with no charge so it was a little frustrating waiting to charge the keyboard before I could play with my nose toy.I initially chose this keyboard over the others online because it had a feature for my Apple Pencil and of course the very cheap price.So far I am definitely enjoying the experience of using this new keyboard and will be recommend to anyone looking for a cheap alternative to the official apple products. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Für harten Einsatz gebaut *by O***T on Reviewed in Germany on 23 November 2020* Klasse Teil. Zum einen ist der Ausschnitt der Kamera nur für die 1.ste Generation, womit ich vielleicht noch hätte leben können. Aber nach dem zehnten Versuch die Tastatur über Bluetooth zu verbinden habe ich dann aufgegeben. Zuletzt bleibt noch erwähnt das die Tastatur eine QWERY und keine QWERTZ ist.
