Good Memory Supplement. Huperzine A improves memory and cognitive function by increasing levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter important for learning and memory. Pill size is good. We take 2 times a week as more than that could have side effects. This is a great supplement. We have noticed a difference. Take for 6 months then a small break and we will go back to using it again after the break. Helps with aging.
