Q: Is this made in the USA?

The label says it is made in the USA by PKB Animal Health Inc. Phone#:888-752-5487.

Q: Vet said use "2 pumps" per bowl for my cat. We have 3 bowls and change them 2x day (84 "pumps" /week). How many "pumps" in a bottle?

One pump is about 1/4 tablespoon (approx.) or .125 ounces. The bottle is 4 ounces, providing bout 32 pumps (+ or - a few pumps). I hope this helps!

Q: is oratene the same a biotene

V-biotene's name was changed to V-oratene. Likely because of the confusion of the human dental stuff called Biotene, too. V-Oratene=V-biotene.

Q: What are the contents?

Thomas, our bottle says it contains no alcohol, chlorhexidine, or xylitol. "Ingredients: Glucose Oxidase, Glycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Postassium Thiocyanate, Purified Water, Rosemary Extract, Sodium Chloride, Sorbitol, Zinc Chloride" (In bold print the following: "Natural Enzymes, Dextranase, Lactoferrin, Lactoperoxidase, Lysozyme, Mutanase." In that order. I hope this helps in your decision. We notice that our cat likes 32 oz bottled water with two pumps of this daily and that his gums are better. This is vital for us because he cannot undergo anesthesia due to a heart condition. Best wishes to you and yours.
