This is definitely an elf'n riff on the Huda Beauty "Pretty Grunge" palette, and it rocks. If you look at them side by side you will see the similarity. What ISN'T similar is the price!! The Grunge palette is more than FIVE TIMES THE PRICE of this one. And this palette is really, really nice. I am an eye shadow palette junkie, and I'm telling you, it's really nice. If you are a fan of classic, crisp, natural, flattering colors, you will adore this palette! The shadows are silky textured and saturated, they pick up on a brush or finger easily, blend like butter, and no fall-out! You know, those pesky eye shadow specks that fall under your eyes and all over your face? Nope. No clean up after doing my eyes with these, and nothing hours later.There are eight matte shades and nine color saturated, satiny shimmers, and one interesting one named "Downtown", which is black with super tiny gold metallic specs. Think a gold and black starry sky. These shadows do understated day to night time smokey easily. The money went into the high quality of the eye shadows, not the case. It's kind of no-frills plastic, not even a mirror, BUT I'd rather have great eye shadow instead of a pretty case any day!!! All in all really beautiful shadows in shades you will wear day and night, again and again.

Great range of colours that look great on !

Originally purchased this same palette from a local drug store, but haven't seen it there since. I'd used up my favorite half dozen colors, so I reordered from Amazon. Very happy with the choice once again.
