Only pumping air from 2 of the 4 outlets. *by D***! on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 September 2019* UTTER rubbish unit.... failed to pump all 4 air ports within 3 weeks running from new.Only pumping air from 2 of the 4 outlets.Checked the diaphragms inside perfectly fine..... nothing wrong with them what so ever...... it's the the electrical coil has failed which in turn does not oscillate the magnets utter rubbish.I had Amazon send me another 2nd chance if this fails I'll be returning this UTTER rubbish to refund and purchase a better one from different make.( this unit has also been kept dry 100% from new too ) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great CUSTOMERS SERVICE *by C***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 March 2019* This is a very good pump but not reliable, after 9 months it stared knocking after a kick it would stop. So a spring approach I thought I would have a look at it and found 2 of the 4 diaphragms were broken. That’s ok as I would buy new diaphragms but you can’t, you have to buy the full repair kit £16+. I emailed Blagdon about this problem and after 3 day I received a response, they apologised for this problem and could they have my home address and they would send the repair kit out to fix the problem. 2 days later the parts arrived and the pump is now fully working again. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Substandard air stones . *by C***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 October 2020* Delivery good and air pump itself works well but airstones sent with the unit have all failed . The " stone " balls have all come away from the plastic connector and has been lost at the bottom of the pond . It seems that the epoxy or glue they use to fix these is not up to the job .
