(Human) Feet endings have anywhere from 7,000 to 8,000 nerve endings, and thats why these feel like going back to the primal instincts and bonding with your ancestors stepping over hedgehogs barefoot - the spikes are very firm. Spikes are spikey; kind of hard plastic and very durable so far. Easy and straightforward to use, no instructions needed but there are many guides im sure on good exercises to carry out. I do prefer the spikey ball but for people who arent masochists or have lower pain tolerance, the smooth lacrosse ball is also great and a pleasure to use. I have seen major benefits, such as achieving enlightenment, landing a promotion and becoming aware of my posture throughout the day. The first few sessions, although hurty, did turn out to be worth it, the tolerance builds up quick and I don’t mind using it for 10-15 minutes a day. All in all, I will recommend, it is likely to change your life.

Does the job and reaches deeper than a foam roller would. Make its easier to pin point exact locations. Is very good value for money, extremely sturdy. Easy to store as the ball is no larger than a palm of a hand. Daughter has said it’s been amazing for massage quality and comfort while still providing the firmness needed to get rid of her knots.

It’s very good for painful heels

I suffer from a bad neck and have a trapped nerve almost regularily from an injury. I often get tight cramps and locked joints in my shoulder. Usually I can unstick it myself with my partners squash ball...it's much smaller and way less hard. I ordered these balls to replace the need to steal his squash balls out of his sports bag. (I often forget to return them!) These balls are more than double the size and although that might not be an issue they are rock hard! this doesn't help with my issues as they are painful to use and I need to relax into it when I'm trying to unlock a muscle or joint. I find it difficult to use them. I thinkI will just have to permanently steal my other halfs squash ball instead.

Produit qui correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. La balle lisse est un peu plus ferme qu'une balle de tennis mais très agréable au toucher. La balle à picots est un peu plus molle. Elles semblent de qualité et me resteront très longtemps. Leur efficacité n'est plus à prouver, cela permet de détendre profondément les muscles et de dénouer les tensions musculaires La poche est également un petit plus, Je recommande ce produit

In einem praktischen Mini-Turnbeutel werden die beiden Massagebälle geliefert. Ein Ball ist stachelig (Igelball), der andere glatt. Die Massagebälle sind fest genug, robust und weisen keinen unangenehmen Geruch auf. Die Bälle haben für die Massage die richtige Größe. Ideal eignen sie sich für eine gegenseitige Rückenmassage. Durch individuellen Händedruck kann die Intensität der Massage bestimmt werden. Selbstverständlich kann man sich auch selbst den Rücken massieren, indem man den Ball unter dem Rücken platziert und sich damit bewegt. Entspannender ist allerdings eine Partnermassage. Eine Massage der Faszien ist mit beiden Bällen sehr gut möglich. Eine Massage mit den Bällen führt zu einer Verbesserung der Durchblutung und einer Stimulation der Reflexzonen. Verspannungen können damit gut gelöst werden. Ich empfehle die Anwendung des glatten Massageballs im Nackenbereich. Sehr gut eignen sich die Bälle auch für Wahrnehmungsübungen mit Kindern und Jugendlichen. Hierzu platziert man beispielsweise zuerst den Igelball unter der nackten Fußsohle und bewegt dann den Fuß damit. Nach einiger Zeit wird verglichen, wie das Gefühl des massierten Fußes war und welcher Unterschied zu dem noch nicht massierten Fuß besteht. Diese Massage wird genauso mit dem glatten Ball durchgeführt. Auch hier wird wieder reflektiert, wie sich der Fuß anfühlt und ob es Unterschiede zu der Massage mit dem Igelball gibt. Diese Übung kann auch sehr gut an den Händen und Armen angewendet werden. Weiterhin können verschiedene Greifübungen damit durchgeführt werden. Im Internet finden sich zahlreiche Anleitungen für Übungen und Massagen. Den mitgelieferten Aufbewahrungsbeutel empfinde ich als sehr praktisch, die Bälle sind damit praktisch verstaut und kullern nicht durch die Gegend. Ich bin mit den Massagebällen sehr zufrieden und empfehle diese sehr gerne weiter.

Ottimo prodotto veramente utile soprattutto la pallina con "gli aghi" che rilassa pianta del piede glutei polpacci senza far minimamente male; la palla tonda è anche fatta assai bene e perfetta per massaggi. Consigliato a sportivi e non solo!

Ce duo de balles trigger est génial à l'usage : massages des points trigger ou tout simplement détente musculaire. Mes points "douloureux" sont partis grâce à la combinaison de ces balles et du livre de Vincent Cueff (massage des points trigger, eds Jouvence). La balle "lisse" est très dense et efficace à l'usage et celle à picots appuie plus précisément sur les tissus musculaires : les deux sont complémentaires.
