お勧めしたい商品です。装着やや慣れが必要です。自分が肘を怪我するタイミングってバスケではないと思いますが、ボール持ってピボットする際、肘張ってると振り向きざまに相手の顔面に…ってことありますよね。それ用に買いました。相手に怪我させて大事にならないための保険として。シュート時の邪魔にはならないですよ。気になるのも最初だけ、数打てば慣れます。目的をシューティング時の疲労軽減ではなく、接触時の相手の怪我防止と考えましょう。

I have a few of these in different colors. I have tendonitis and they really help. I have horse's and barn chores have done a number on my body. These are awesome year round. Summer they protect my skin as well as cool it. I get them wet and it makes a huge difference in the heat. Highly recommend!
