Highly recommend
I've been using these Halls Defense drops every cold/flu season since high school. They are very effective at helping keep my immune system strong. At the "supplement facts" on the back of the bag, it says the serving size is 2 drops, and with 2 drops you get 135mg of Vitamin C, which is 150% of your daily value. It's an assorted pack and there are 3 flavors - orange, lemon, and grapefruit I believe. The taste isn't overbearing at all. They also don't split and splinter and cut your tongue after a while like many other drops do. I highly recommend these!

Get some for dry mouth, or tickles in your throat
Throat tickling? Mouth dry? Need some vitamin C? These are sweet tart and make your dry mouth water, and keep a tickly throat wet. I keep them on hand especially for those times at the end of a cold when my throat tickles from drainage, but I can't keep drinking to take the tickle away. Sometimes I eat them at church when we are singing, because my mouth is habitually dry. I feel like it's a "beneficial" candy. Yes they are sweet with sugar. I LOVE sugar! I am also allergic to fake sweeteners. They are REALLY nice because they don't smell like cough drops, and they don't stain your tongue bright colors. So it is that they serve multiple purposes very nicely.

Great Source of Vitamin C
HALLS Vitamin C drops work very well and are a great source of vitamin C. The taste is wonderful if you don't want a menthol or mint flavor. The sugar content is fine and you also can get a sugar free version. The price is good and you can buy different size bags. I would recommend HALLS to anyone.

These are good! Even the red grapefruit flavored one isn’t “horrible”, I do not like ruby red grapefruit anything. So that says a lot that I will eat them!
