I absolutely love this knee pillow! I’m a side sleeper and I used to wake up with hip and lower back pain, but after I started using this, I noticed a BIG difference 🙌🏼 It’s super comfortable , the memory foam is soft but still firm enough to keep my legs properly aligned. It doesn’t flatten too much during the night. And the fact that the cover is removable and washable is a huge plus for me! I feel like my spine stays more aligned, and I wake up with less back pain. It also really helps keep my knees from pressing against each other. If you sleep on your side and deal with hip, knee, or lower back pain, it’s definitely worth trying.
