The cheaper ones I could see from photos where going to be one use and bin. I need to use these for several journeys. The quality of these is superb. The ratcheting mechanism is solid and easy to use. The straps are nice and long and the stitching gave no concerns. I only had 4 straps and could have done with more but with some strategic positioning, managed to secure everything in place. Arrived and nothing had shifted, using tea towels nothing was marred by the straps. Everything arrived in perfect condition - zero damage, and the straps look like new. I can not recommend these highly enough. They also have a lifetime warranty. Do not think they will need it, but it's good to know your investment is safe! They seem very good I have got them hold down my kids trampoline.. I liked the rubber-coated hooks which have a closed enclosure on one side for safety, to keep the strap in its loop. On purpose, I bought green neon colour straps to be visible during the day and night and they didn't disappoint. Additionally included Softloops were really useful as the S hooks were too thick to be attached to the existing Slotted Angle's custom frame. Finally, the included bag helps to keep Ratchet Straps in one place, which is convenient and thoughtful. The only thing missing in the existing set is a quick visual manual/instructions on how to use them as I have used this system for the very first time in my life.
